What Shows Up On Activity?

Activity is here to show numerous notifications that happen to your profile. Activity will display Coaches that view your profile, Schools you Favorite, Profile % Compete Milestones, and Media/Document Uploads.

How Do I Edit My Profile?

Login → Profile → Edit
Log in to the site with your username and password to view your profile. Once logged in you should see a navigation bar under the banner with your profile picture. Make sure “Profile” is selected to the right of the Activity page. Under Profile select “Edit.” Once you select Edit you will be able to edit Athletics, Academics, Personal, and Coach Info.

What Is My Profile Strength Meter?

College coaches want to see as much up to date and organized information as possible on your profile. The preparedness meter is here to help keep you on track by showing you how far along you are at populating information. Your goal is to get the preparedness meter as close to 100% as possible!

How Do I Favorite Schools?

Login → Find Schools
Log in to the site with your username and password to view your profile. Once logged in you should see "Find Schools" to the left of your name (top right). Once you click on Find Schools you will be able to search Schools and Coaches based on the filters you choose. Once you search for schools you will be able to Favorite schools by clicking on the Star next to the school you are interested in. The school will then be saved to your profile under "My Favorite Schools."

How Do I Message College Coaches?

Login → Find Schools → View School → Message Coach
Log in to the site with your username and password to view your profile. Once logged in you should see "Find Schools" to the left of your name (top right). Once you click on Find Schools you will be able to search Schools and Coaches based on the filters you choose. Once you search for schools you will be able to View Schools by clicking the "View School" button next to the appropriate school. Messages will automatically populate with a link to your profile and your contact information. Good luck on connecting!

How Do I Know If A College Coach Viewed My Profile?

Login → My Views
Once logged in click on “My Views,” which will display all views to your profile, both external and college coach views. If you are not receiving many coach views be sure to complete as much of your profile as possible and then send messages through “Find Schools” to coaches that you are hoping to connect with.

Can I Add A Second Sport To My Profile?

Currently there is no way to add an additional sport to your profile. You will need to create another account in order to maintain two different sports profiles.

My Membership

How Do I View My Current Membership?

Your Name (Top Right) → My Membership
Under “My Membership” you will be able to view your current Membership Level (Lite, All-Star, or MVP).

How Do I Change My Current Membership (Upgrade or Cancel)?

Your Name (Top Right) → My Membership
Under "My Membership" you will be able to upgrade or cancel your current Membership Level (Lite, All-Star, or MVP).

How Do I Update My Billing Info?

Your Name (Top Right) → My Membership
Under “My Membership” you will be able to update your current billing information.

How Do I Unsubscribe From Emails?

Your Name (Top Right) → My Membership
If we are sending you too many emails you can either unsubscribe from the bottom of any email that we send or you can update your email settings/preferences under "My Membership." Please Contact Us (Link to Contact Us)with any issues.

My Account Info

How Do I Change or Update My Password?

Your Name (Top Right) → My Account Info → Change My Password (link to My Account Info)
Hover over your name in the top right to reveal the drop-down menu. Click "My Account Info" and scroll down to "Change My Password". Enter your old password, new password, and then hit confirm. You should receive an email that confirms your password update.

How Do I Update My Contact Email Address?

Your Name (Top Right) → My Account Info → Change My Contact Email (link to My Account Info)
Hover over your name in the top right to reveal the drop-down menu. Click "My Account Info" and scroll down to "Change My Contact Email". Enter your new email and then hit confirm. You should receive an email that confirms your email update.
